This wonderful Mini Pick-Up was bought in 2004 by a lady who wanted to own something out of the ordinary. She then commissioned a professional total restoration to bring it up to the standard we see today.

The history file contains a photographic record of the work undertaken along with invoices for over £8500 spent on parts alone.

The car was stripped to a bare shell which then underwent a full refurbishment. It was then rebuilt using many new parts including a 1340cc Connaught Competition Engine with new pistons. bearings. oil pump. ARP big end bolts. duplex timing chain and Cooper S spec head. It also has a Maniflow three branch stainless manifold. full stainless steel exhaust. Aldon distributor and coil. aluminium four core radiator. silicon hoses and Magnecor 8. 5 mm plug leads.

The suspension is equipped with Minispares coil springs with GAZ adjustable dampers and HI-LOW adjustable ride hight.

The interior was refurbished to a very high standard with wood dash. Alpine stereo. Mountney steering wheel and recovered seats. It was finished off with a sliding sunroof and alloy wheels. Since the rebuild the car has only covered 354 miles.

It has a current MOT which runs until May 2015 and road tax until the end of April 2015 is on the windscreen.

Viewing is by prior arrangement as this car is stored off site away from our showroom.
