Recent clutch, runs great!

I am selling my 1988 Porsche 944 Turbo.  The car has nearly 77. 00 miles.  The car has had a new clutch. master and slave cylinders. brake fluid change. battery. speed and reference sensors.  Heat is hot and AC blows very cold.  The car has an aftermarket Kenwood Stereo that has an iPod connection.  It has Toyo Proxes Tires 225/40R18 and 255/35R18 tires mounted on Moda (Tirerack brand) wheels.  I have all receipts dating back to 2010.  

The color of the car is Zermatt Silver Metallic. paint code L Y7Y.

Since 2010. the following parts have been repaired / replaced / upgraded:

Repaired / Replaced: Power Steering Pump. timing / balance shaft adjustment. oil pressure sending unit. CV boots. wheel bearings. engine purge. thermostat. upgraded control arms. engine mounts. AC belt. compressor. heat valve. manual sunroof. driver's window switch. nbsp;a new clutch. master and slave cylinders. brake fluid change. battery. speed and reference sensors.  

Water pump and timing belt was changed 10/7/2010 at 70766 miles.  

Upgraded: stainless steel brake hose kit. Invisible Mask clear bra kit ( fender. light covers. hood. mirror. door edge guard). LLoyd's fabric car mats for the front seats. manual sunroof. and a strut brace.   The car may have a performance chip.

The car needs: cap. rotor. ignition wires. front engine oil seal. cam housing gasket. there is wear on the driver's seat and a small rip in the seam.  The car has some rock chips on the front bumper. fender. driver's outside mirror and the sunroof is cracked.  This is consistent of a car of this age.  I would rate its exterior an 8/10.  There is a small crack on the dashboard by the defroster vent on the passenger side.  Needs alignment.

There is a LIEN on the the car.  The car cannot be picked up and titled until the loan corporation has sent me a lien release after the buyer has paid.  

A $500. 00 deposit is required within 72 hours of end of auction and the remainder is due 7 days after the end of the auction.  However. the car cannot be picked up until I receive the LIEN release from the bank.
