The first Mercedes-Benz SL still not managed to otezdit and several hundreds of thousands of kilometers, as already gone out of fashion, which determined the necessity of replacing them. This replacement in 1963 and became the Mercedes-Benz W113, received the nickname В«PagodaВ» because of the shape of its roof, somewhat resembling the form of Chinese buildings.
