Austin 1300GT only 23000 miles from new! for sale

I am selling my GT. i have owned it for the past two years and it is i understand the youngest one left. being only 120 from the end of the ADO16 production run. as verified by a letter that i have from British Motor heritage dated 1992.   The current MOT runs out in July 2014 and it had no advisories at last testing.   It will have a new MOT on it at the time of sale and it is currently taxed for 6 months.   Interestingly its not free road tax as its a 1st August 1974 registered car but from next year it will be due to the rolling exemption being reinstated for classic vehicles.   If you think the price is high then i probably would guess that my car isnt for you.  i viewed a lot of cars before i bought this one and its easy to spend 10k restoring one!  I have in my time of ownership spent £3000 on bodywork refurbishment. not to mention an expensive stainless exhaust system. accuspark points conversion and new old stock genuine clutch.   Not to mention the Bilt Hamber rust proofing of all the bits that can rust. if you are not sure what Bilt Hambers products are like i would google them. they are in a different league to waxoyl!  I have 24 old mot certificates to back up the low mileage and i have hardly used it since the last test.   Everything works as it should and it drives well. I have the original purchase receipt for the car from 1974 and a whole folder of other history as well.   It has i think survived well due to it being Ziebarted from new.   Its not perfect. the engine bay was Ziebarted when new and therefore isnt the shiny Blaze colour of the rest of the car. but its done its job of protecting the panels. if you were so inclined you may want to respray it back to Blaze. but i like the engine bay as it was when new.    The car comes with a breathable tailor made car cover which i had made by Specialised car covers at considerable cost and it fits like a glove.  If you would like any more info let me know.   Having so many classic cars is a waste and therefore it is time for the GT to find a new home.
