1955 FORD F100 V8 short bed truck

Lived most its life in Lancaster California. A Very dry part of California. some way inland.

Some original paint and unbelievably the previous owner did sand off some of the original paint in preparation for a matt black paint job. each to their own of course!

We think the truck should be left as it is.

Rebuilt Automatic transmission.

I drove this truck some around 30 miles in California prior to purchase. on ground roads as well as the freeway. I really did enjoy driving the truck. its a whole lot of fun for sure!

There are no odd noises. the transmission shifts fine. doesn't make any odd noises. the truckj stops in a straight line. She has plenty of power and accelerates well. also can come to a stop fairly well considering its drum brakes all round. /p>

We think the utility bumper on the back looks quite cool

Side roll up glass on drivers side is broken and passenger side needs to be installed. which we will try to do if the regulator is there

The truck was born a V8 and also came from new as a Custom Cab.

There is a little rust in this truck. front quarters on each side and a little surrounding area. but thats about it!

Looks to never have been in any kind of major accident or minor for that matter.
