Current customer rating: current rating for this car(2.05) based on 568 votes

1934 Austin 10/4 Two Seat Tourer a/k/a Two seat and a "Dicky" Rust free original car with following updates; new gas tank. new radiator ( old core available). prior owner installed new running boards and electric fuel pump (mechanical attached but disconnected). new carpeting and 5 new tires and tubes. Paint is 25+ years old and has scratches and fading in a few areas but still looks good. No dings or dents. All chrome has been recently re chromed and dash instruments are operational. Side curtains and top frame are in excellent condition. Top appears to be original and in fair condition. I removed the top as I live in Miami and the car only gets driven on nice days and can be easily reattached with a few screws. Original leather interior is in excellent condition with only a small tear behind the driver's seat and below the front left corner of the rumble seat. Four speed transmission with 3rd gear syncromeshed.

The car starts first time every time and runs great considering it is 80 years old. Drives straight with no shimmy or pulling. I drive it around town at around 35 mph with no problems. Thumbs up from everyone and everyone always waves you through.

This model was only made between 1932 and 1934 with only 1. 00 ever produced. Possibly the only one in the US. A large inventory of parts is available through the Austin Ten Driver's Club in the UK. The club also provides great technical assistance.

Hi Is this car still for sale???

from DAVID STREETER, dated 28 june 2021
IS THIS STILL FOR SALE? I AM INTERESTED. I DROVE THIS MODEL (MAROON AND BLACK) FROM 1956-1958 IN ENGLAND WHILE STATIONED THERE IN THE USAF. HAD TO CHANGE TO AUSTIN CAMBRIDGE SMALLER WHEELS BECAUSE THE ORIGINALS WERE VERY EXPENSIVE. ALSO HAD MECHANICAL BRAKES WHICH WERE SCARY.
PLEASE REPLY.
