Overall Condition: A Beautiful Gen 2 Z28
If you know these cars in high-end original low mile condition. you know these are hot and hard to find. especially Black. with this transmission and these options and in super condition. This 1980 looks great up close as well as 10 feet away.
You can find many Gen 2's for sale. but few present the level of clarity this car demonstrates. Even fewer have the same option package and actually offer the reliability of "drive it anywhere" if you desire. Most of these vehicles were driven hard and abused. but not this car. Also. you can easily find similar models that have been dressed up. shined up. and made up to appear to be something they really aren't. This is the real thing. So now with motivation to sell. I have priced it aggressively and accordingly.
This car is a pleasure to drive and running through the gears with the sounds of the new exhaust can only freeze smiles on faces. What more is there to say? It works. including lights. dash cluster. speedometer. tachometer. horn. Air Induction Flipper Hood (yes it works just as intended). wipers. gauges. heater. air. etc. This is the real deal.
Is this car perfect. no and none of them are! It is a well preserved 84K mile Survivor that has had one professional re-paint. That is really it. It has not been blown apart with every nut & bolt reassembled but I prefer them this way. During the repaint. all stripes were replaced as well. You might find a small imperfection here or there but they came that way from the factory. The clock is not currently working. You will be extremely proud to roll up with this Z28 at any event regardless of the competition level and fit in with confidence.
I reserve the right to end this auction early due to having it for sale locally. I am pricing this car to sell and you can bid with confidence.
