Here i  have my tax exempt Mk1 Escort for sale. this is due to me fancying a change and to try and get back into Capri/Cortina/mk2 Escort/Cosworth ownership again.

The car itself is finished in Diamond white with genuine RS decals. the body work is. in my opinion very nice and straight with minimal blemishes specially for a car of its age. (will let the recent pictures do the talking which were taken on 24/02/14)

New 7x13 Revolite wheels with new 185/60/13 tyres (no rubbing)

RS Turbo seats and standard rear seat redone in black leather with grey piping. RS logos on front seats (really looks the part)

Early dished 6 pod GT clocks

Springlex steering wheel

Sony remote cd/mp3/usb/radio fitted in glove box

6X9's in mdf boxes on rear shelve. no speaker holes!!!

Not so good bits.

The blemishes i mentioned earlier consist of very minor bubbling (not through paint) at base of nsf wing. few marks on the bonnet and a couple of areas where the paint is slightly thicker and to be honest none of that detracts from the overall condition of the car and is hardly noticeable.

Exhaust has a slight blow were centre section joins manifold. once again hardly noticeable and doesnt spoil the awesome sound this car makes (addictive)

Brakes are ok and do stop you but could really do with a remote servo being fiited to give you a bit more confidence.

I think thats me covered most things but probably forgot a bit. so overall a nicely specced mk1 which is ready to be enjoyed and really turns heads wherever it goes. i would like to think i have been honest with my description of the car.

If i come to my senses i may end the auction early

I would appreciate any potential bidders with a feedback score of 10 or less to get in touch before bidding as bids will be removed. nbsp; i have been messed about in the past. Sorry to genuine Ebayers
