Now selling my 1956 Oldsmobile Holiday 98  2 door Hardtop. This car has a 324 V8 engine with 240 horsepower and a Jetaway Hydra-matic transmission. This car has been stored in my climate controlled warehouse when I'm not enjoying her on pretty days. There is no rust. drives great with 4 new Goodyear Radial Wide White Walls. has Vintage Air under the dashboard. Power Steering. Power Brakes. Power Windows. The original Wonderbar Radio has been converted to AM/FM. but still retains the original AM look. All the needs of this car have been sorted out over my 4 years of ownership. This is a Spectacular Oldsmobile 98!

This 98 was subject to a frame up restoration approx. 8 years ago of a rust free car. The brightwork had been removed and re-chromed if necessary. All the glass is in excellent condition and the interior was reupholstered to original condition by Loyola Upholestery of El Segundo. The intricacies of the interior is unique with the way the instrument cluster looks with the controls for air. defrost. lights. heat and wiper switch. The super deluxe radio sits in its original position. Even the Power Brake pedal has an aesthetic quality. The seats are as perfect as the door panels. The paint is in excellent condition.  The engine was completely rebuilt. transmission and motor are leak free and perform very smoothly. The suspension is tight and in good condition with 4 new shocks.

A little History: In 1956. the 98 Holiday 2 door 5 passenger hardtop coupe was the most popular model with an extended 4 inch wheelbase (126 inches) over the standard 88 model. The 98 had a padded dash. electric clock. power antenna. windshield washer. deluxe steering wheel. courtesy lights. and back up lights.
