1956 Oldsmobile Series 88 for sale

1956 Oldsmobile Series 88. Car has been in car shows and won awards. Owner was a member of the Rollin' Oldies Car Club of Iowa and drove this car to car shows in and out of state.
Car had a major overhaul done on the motor in 1996. mileage at the time was 78. 32. Overhaul included new pistons. camshaft. lifters and all timing components. Owner also added power brakes (not sure on the year they were added). Dual exhaust was also added (not sure of year). Interior was completely restored. (see photos)
Car was repainted in 1997. All bumpers and bumper guards were re-chromed with high quality show chrome done by AIH Show Chrome of Iowa.
Current mileage is 108. 57.
2 door 8 cyl. 324 cid / 230 hp 2 bbl
Body has no signs of rust and is very solid and in excellent condition. Car was very will cared for and never driven in bad weather. Car has been stored in a heated garage. Comes with an owners manual and we have a number of receipts for upgrades and repairs that the owner had on file.
Owner passed away and we are helping the family sell the vehicle.
