This is a rare opportunity to acquire a very rare. ully restored Ford Anglia 105E 1200cc Deluxe Combi Estate. in Left Hand Drive.

I am reliably informed. y a former. ifelong Ford Employee. that there were only a few of these made by Ford for an export order. which was later cancelled. and most of the cars were converted back to RHD for the domestic market. making this survivor. hich slipped the net. a rare car indeed.

Superbly refinished in its original Aqua blue with its original matching blue 2 tone interior. he car has been fully restored to a better than new standard. having had the underside painted and detailed. hich certainly wasn't done at the factory 50 years ago. It benefits from a set of Lotus steel rims and radial tyres

The car starts. uns & drives beautifully. Its 53. 00 miles are believed correct. It retains its original KMS Speedometer

It really must be seen to be appreciated. You couldn't do the work for half of the asking price. We have had a lot of intere3sting old Ford's recently. ome of which have been magazine featured. as this is as nice as any.

Here is some model history of the car

Ford officially released their Ford Anglia 105E Estate in September 1961
The Estate was very much welcomed by those wanting to carry a little more luggage. The rear seat hinged forward and its squab folded flat to give a large flat loadspace of 35. 4 cu ft. (Which compared favourably with the 10 cu ft of boot space in the Saloon. )
The front of the car. up to the centre door pillars. was identical to the Saloon. Behind this. blended onto the original front end was an attractive and neat estate car body.
Like the Saloon. the Estate was only ever available as a two door. and was available in Standard and De Luxe trim with added extra's over the Saloon. The Estate also had uprated suspension and an increased tyre size to help with the extra weight that could be carried in the back. Like the Saloon. the owner could also choose between the 997cc or 1200cc engines.
An export model known as a Ford Anglia Estate Combi was also produced by Ford
