IM selling this vehicle for a friend who has no internet so here we have a 1966 mk1 ford Cortina 2 door 1500 gt replica . vehicle started life as 1500 super . one of the last mk1 registered 1/11/1966 . engine is a rebuilt 711m mexico 1. 6 crossflow with fourbranch manifold and twinchoke carb . electric ignition. steelpost topend  engine sounds sweet with no smokeing or rattling etc . gearbox is a 1500 Cortina with 1500 gt remote . axle and diff is standard .       wheels are Dunlop d1 alloys x5 with 185 /60/13 good tyres . new front callapers and recent cylinders and shoes . new top strut poly bushed mounts . steering box which is nice and smooth . rear shocks are spax adjustable . body shell is excellent condition shell been repained in the last 6 or 8 months also boot  enginebay and door shuts  to a very good standard . inner and outer sills floorpans and rear hangers and chassis has never been welded . small amout of welding has been done to front outriggers and inner floor to
