1969 GMC HandiVan - super straight for sale

This is a running driving van. the only problems right now is a tire that looses air pretty fast and a stiff gas pedal. Would I drive this van 500 miles? Yes. but only in the summer. right now it's too cold outside. To be safe I'd either trailer it OR drive straight to a tire dealer and replace that tire. If you wanna chat about the van that's cool. call and leave me a message. if you want to talk me down never mind. it's got well over $5k in all the stuff that's been either rebuilt or replaced.
This is a southern van with very little rust. One spot in front of the drivers side inner fender well. Extremely low mile. 6000. The pin stripe artist I picked her up from drove this van every day. Many many new parts:
250 Straight six with a power glide automatic:
New accel electronic dist
New 2 bbl and adapter
New exhaust
New brakes - and brake lines
New chrome valve cover and side covers
New cd player and speakers
New water pump
Holley electric fuel pump
Gas tank redone
New side windows and seals
Lowered front and rear. very rare and cool van.
I love vans and took her in on trade a few months back but now I'm facing $4k in repair bills on my daily driver and need to free up some cash ASAP. I've got other things to sell so don't think I'll take $3k or an IOU. Please have money in hand ready to deal. no tires kickers please. I get asked allot about the interior. there are pictures in the link I can send you but it's got one bench seat and that's it.
