1970 Chevelle SS LS6 454. 450 horsepower. Cranberry red (75) with black racing stripes and red vinyl (787) interior. Super Sport wheels. 12-bolt rear end. Four-speed manual transmission with a 3. 73 posi rear end. Rare front bench seat option. Power steering and disc brakes. Rare power windows. Split folding rear bench. Correct 14" 5 spokes wheels.

An Arlington. Texas build.

Beautiful paint. interior. motor. The car runs like a scalded cat. Brakes are stellar. Numbers -matching driveline and mostly original parts here. This is a very well put together example of a true 454 LS6 Chevelle. Sounds mean as hell and runs strong.

Documentation includes information on casting and tag numbers for the M22 transmission and motor. We have records (and contact information) for the previous three owners. Numbers all match for engine block (10R240490. casting 3963512). transmission (10R240490. casting 3925661). correct heads. intake. exhaust.

This car was professinally appraised and verified in 2008 for $75. 00.

The car does have a non-correct Holley carb on car. And a Hurst shifter has replaced the factory unit.

We've had an opportunity to go through the car for a touch over 200 miles. and have found it to be very solid. We fixed a power steering leak after acquisition. but otherwise the car has needed no attention.

This is a very clean. well-restored example near the bottom of LS6 price points.
