1956 CHEVROLET COE CAB OVER CABOVER TRUCK CALIFORNIA TRUCK TASK FORCE COMPLETE for sale

1956 Chevrolet 5400 COE complete original truck from southern California. Still has original California black license plates. Last on the road November 1979.  
Original very early 265 Chevrolet small block V8 which turns over freely. very rare engine now.  
Interior is mostly complete with good complete original dash.  
Cab is pretty solid with some minor rust but excellent for age as would be expected from a truck that has spent its life in San Diego county. Never had any nasty welding repairs or restoration. There's no large dents or damage and the glass is good and usable with no cracks.
This vehicle is MOT exempt and tax exempt.
Perfect candidate for mounting on a modern frame and drivetrain. Would make a nice recovery truck. Also comes complete with rare and valuable early small block V8 which could be used or sold on to a collector.
I have had this truck a while at my premises in the States but never going to have time to do anything with it. Will be in the UK in approximately 6 weeks. currently at the shipping yard in Los Angeles waiting to be loaded into a container bound for Felixstowe. I can either register it in the UK for whomever buys it or will provide the stamped and paid customs invoice and California title so as you can do it yourself if you prefer. If sold before it arrives in the UK I will deliver for free within 300 miles of Felixstowe.
