     Here is a beautiful 1988 Mercedes-Benz 560 SL Roadster. This is a two owner Mercedes which has lived a papered life since new. It was originally purchased on April 21th. 1988 at Reno Imports by Ray Poncia (General Manager of Eldorado Casino in Reno) at an original price of $62. 90!       The body on the car is in pristine condition and was extremely well maintained. The paint is original and is finished in the gorgeous Mercedes color of Arctic White and is in showroom new condition. The cars body is literally flawless with no touch ups or dings to be seen anywhere! The car has been completely inspected underneath from front to back and is solid as a rock as any Nevada car should be. The car is riding on upgraded Mercedes 15" chrome wheels and has brand nice Pirelli tires! All chrome trim. glass. and rubber seals are in great shape. The windshield is like new with no chips. The soft top is like new and in excellent condition. and has almost never been up. The hard top has good seals and the headliner is in awesome shape. Overall the exterior appearance of this car is a 10 out of 10.

      The interior is in great shape all around. The supple original Palomino leather seats are all in very good condition and look very nice with no rips or ware lines. which shows the quality of leather used in this car. The wood grain is in excellent condition. Another nice option which was added at some point is the ALL LEATHER rear fold-able child seat which is in gorgeous shape. The carpets are all very nice are not worn or damaged. All dials and controls function as they should. power windows and antenna also are fully functional. The sound system is also very nice with the original Becker Cassette player. Music is crisp and clear and not overwhelming. The sound system definitely adds to the driving experience of this roadster. All lights. gauges switches. and accessories work as they should. This interior is absolutely flawless and in immaculate condition.

      The trunk compartment is clean enough to eat from. The spare tire compartment is clean as a whistle and the spare tire has never hit the pavement! Also the original tool kit is present.

      Mechanically. this SL runs GREAT! The car starts right up and shifts smooth as silk. It drives as good now as the day it rolled of the lot. The V8 engine is surprisingly quick and responsive. It is reliable. easy to fix. and parts are readily available. The car was always regularly serviced by Mercedes authorized dealers. The book shows regular oil changes. always receiving synthetic oil changes at Mercedes certified dealers. This car just had the oil changed. brakes replaced and given a clean bill of health. Under the hood is clean as a whistle and looks like new.

      One really special thing about this gorgeous automobile is the large amount of original paperwork and documentation that come with it. How often do you come across these cars with all the original manual. service book. warranty book. original instruction cards. and even a laminated Original Window Sticker! This car has everything. I dare you Mercedes collectors to find another 560SL in this kind of condition with this kind of paperwork anywhere on the market. Its truly amazing.

      The car will include 2 key. tools. original spare tire. top removal tool. and the maintenance books and owners manuals.

      All in all. this is one of the cleanest and nicest SL's that I have had the privilege of being associated with. I truly feel it is one of the nicest ones on the market and I will put it next to any other examples and it will hold its own. It has been professionally maintained and truly loved by its previous owners. This Mercedes is a fantastic car for the price and includes every option offered in this car.
