Seller's notes: "I am the third owner of this 1968 Chevrolet Impala 2 Door Custom. The original owner was a preacher in Como, Mississippi. The second owner was a friend of mine from Ripley, Mississippi and I traded him a 1996 Chevrolet Impala SS for this car about 12 years ago. The second owner had it repainted from the original Gold Metallic to the Pearl White. He also had the interior seats refinished in white leather. He also installed an after market CD player and the after market spoke wheels and white walls as well. The only things that I have done to the car besides drive it sparingly was to add an exhaust system, installed an amp and some speakers in the trunk, and tinted the windows. This car has always been garage kept by me and as well as the second owner. I cannot speak for the original owner. This car cranks immediately and drives great. I would not be scared to drive this car any where. The 327 sounds good and the 4 barrel opens up when you call on it. Carburetor rebuild last year."

Current customer rating: (214 votes ) based onThere are a few little things that could be fixed on the car. such as:
Fuel Gauge does not work.
Clock does not work.
After market extendable radio antennae does not work.
The steering wheel has a crack in it.
Rear view mirror needs to be polished.
It needs a dome light for the interior.
It needs to be cleaned really good.
Those are the minors things that this car needs. You have to remember that this vehicle is 55 years old. This car needs a little TLC to be a show winner. but this is a great running car that has been treated very well through out its life. Other than that car is great. As I typed and you will see in the video the cars runs great and sounds awesome.
I am selling this car and possibly some others as I have finally grown out of my car craze. If this car doesn't interest you please be on the look out for a white 1964 Lincoln Continental as that will be the next car that I will sell.
Thanks for you looking and contact me with any questions that you might have.
