SELLER REMARKS

There's no shortage of '57 Chevys. but when they're priced like this. we seem to sell them within a few short weeks. That's a testament to the enduring popularity and flat-out fun that cars like this '57 210 2-door sedan represent. Of course. nobody should be surprised that an iconic design combined with an infinite array of upgrade options produces the world's most popular '50s cruiser.

Slathered in bright 2005 Corvette Torch Red. this '57 certainly measures up to the best we've had. For many fans. the low-key 210 trim lets the handsome design speak for itself and gives an overall sleeker look to the finished product. With that in mind. the guys working on this car spent the extra time to get the little stuff right. and the result is one heck of a good-looking Chevy. Nice gaps. very smooth panels. and a lot of hand labor in a professional wet sand and buff give you this kind of impressive car. and you'll never hesitate to take it out and show it off. Nothing was shaved or removed during the makeover. so that means all the wonderful details that make '57 Chevys so special are still there. from the bullets in the hood to the lovely peaked stainless trim that frames the edges of the tailfins. And thanks to a rather sizable stack of cash being spent at the chrome shop. the jewelry on this car glitters and sparkles enough to catch your eye from across the parking lot.

Most guys know there's no need to reinvent the wheel with their '57s. and like the interior in this car. they stick to the basics that have worked for nearly 70 years. The factory bench seats remain in place. now covered in handsome gray tweed and vinyl that's comfortable. durable. and enough of a change from the original upholstery to give it a slightly custom look. A LaCarrera banjo-style wheel with gray leather rim frames the original gauges. and for better accuracy. a Sun tach and auxiliary gauges were installed as well. There are also power tinted windows and a well-installed and nicely integrated A/C system that uses R134a refrigerant for easy service. Color-matched carpets and floor mats provide comfort and protection. and the trunk is fully upholstered. including the remote battery box.

Perhaps the '57 Chevy's greatest strength is the vast interchangeability of parts thanks to the wonders of the small block V8. A 310-horsepower 350 cubic inch crate motor was dropped in and topped by an Edebrock carburetor and dress up kit. In fact. just about everything is shiny or painted under the hood. from the big aluminum radiator to the accessories. including the A/C compressor and alternator. With a 700R4 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission. this sucker is an effortless highway cruiser that pulls down decent fuel mileage. and thanks to 4-wheel disc brakes. new ball joints. shocks. and tie rods. and a CPP power steering box it rides and handles very well. There's a new fuel tank and lines. and with classic Torque Thrust wheels and 205/55/15 front and 225/50/15 rear radials. it's ready for the next cruise night.

Still wonderful after all these years. I think the guys on the assembly line back in '57 would be proud of what this car has become today. and so will you. Call now!
