At Auction End

A non-refundable deposit of $500. payable via PayPal. is required within 24 hours of auction end.   Successful winning bidder must contact Summit Motorworks via telephone or email to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction.

 

Full payment must be received by dealer via dealer's accepted means of payment within seven (7) days of auction end.   If funds are not received and an alternate arrangement has not been made. the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first come. first served basis.

Payment Terms

Cashier's check/bank draft from approved financial institutions

Certified funds from eligible third-party financing companies

All funds must be in US dollars (USD).   Please have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid.   Due to the difficulty of Foreign Currency/Bank Transactions. clients outside the United States must remit payment via bank wire transfer.

 

All sales are subject to a $150. 00 documentary fee.   Illinois buyers are required to pay 7. 25% sales tax (8. 5% if vehicle is to be registered within the City of Chicago). Title fees of $95. 00 and Registration (License Plate) fees of $101. 00.   Sales tax for out-of-state buyers will be calculated and collected per State of Illinois Form ST-58.   Should buyer reside in an exempt state. buyer shall be responsible for all taxes. title and registration fees required in their home state.
