1964 Chevrolet Impala Super Sport

Thank you for taking the time to look at our classic 1964 Chevy Impala Super Sport. This is a well-kept car. still in excellent condition. We purchased it through an estate and we are reselling the car. The car is equipped with a small 8-cylinder. (we believe it to be a 327 v8). automatic transmission. power steering and brakes. and an upgraded AM/FM radio with CD.

The car has dual exhaust. it starts easily. drives excellent. and sounds great. It's a lot of fun to drive. the whole family will fit in and it's just a super crisp. clean driver that attracts a lot of attention wherever you go. We believe the color combination on this car really adds a lot to its good looks. The widow told us that this is an original car with matching numbers. If any potential bidders would like to come out and check it. (or drive it. depending on the weather). that would be no problem.

We would also like to explain the meaning of the serial number found in the doorjam of the vehicle. The VIN number is:

41447J252000

4 – For the year 1964

14 – Means “SS” for Super Sport coupe

47 – Means 2-door Super Sport coupe

J – Built in Janesville. Wisconsin

252000 – We are not sure what these digits mean precisely. but from our research it appears they indicate that this was the 252nd car built.

The miles on the car are 83. 07 actual miles. Your title will read actual miles. We also would like to mention that the trunk of the car is also very clean and solid. The underneath of the car. as you can see in the photos). is all solid and we left it original because this is an original car. We do suggest that the new owner would sandblast the bottom of the car. seal it. and rustproof it so that the car will be as sturdy today as it will be in another 50 years.

We will assist your shipper with pickup of the car. but the cost of shipping is the total responsibility of the buyer. If you wanted to drive the car home. it would drive fine but why would anyone want to take the chance of running into bad weather with the car and take any chance of the car being damaged?
