You are Bidding on a Beautiful low mileage (82k) 1967 Camaro which some may consider a survivor as it has an interesting background. We purchased the Camaro as rolling chassis from a body shop owner who stored this car many years for a friend who had him paint it but could not come up with the money to pay for it. years went on and the friend borrowed more money against the car and never picked it up. Finally the body shop owner decided to sell it after 20 years and thats when I got my hands on this beauty. The most amazing part about this car is it sat in a dry corner for all those years and never developed any rust- it's like a time capsule! The floors. runk and body panels are all the original parts. The only after-market body panel is the metal cowl hood which fits really nice. If you look at this car close all the body panels line up-unlike after market junk replacement stuff and thats what brings super value to this car. The paint that the body shop laid down was very nice and only needed a few touch ups where the car got nicked over the years. I decided to color sand the complete car and give it a good buff job and as you can tell from the pictures it shines nicely. It's not a concours paint job but I wouldn't be afraid to enter it into a local car show or show it off at any car meet. everybody that walks into my shop falls in love with it. The rest of the car was just as nice when it came to no damage but some of rubber seals needed to be replaced so we decided to do all the seals on the car. The interior wasn't bad with only few minor cracks. but after seeing how nice this car was we decided to replace anything old looking which included the dash pad. ackage tray. oor panels. rm rests. arpet. eadliner. ail panels and many other little trim pieces. The main appealing thing you see on th interior is the upgraded deluxe seat covers along with the addition of a factory console- the car was an original column shift car. We spent a ton of time taking apart all the side windows aligning and lubing all the tracks to assure smooth operation as well. We added some vintage style gauges from sun along with a tach. As for the suspension we replaced any worn out bushings. changed the shocks and detailed everything. The old gas tank was replaced along with a new sender. The 8. 2 non posi rear was replaced with an upgraded 8. 5 with bolt in axles. osi & 3:42 gears. The front brakes have been upgraded to power discs and the rear drums where rebuilt and new lines added. The power steering box was upgraded to a close ratio small style along with a rebuilt steering column with new rag joints. Now to the good stuff--- We added a period correct rebuilt 327 with new . 30 forged trw pistons. mild Comp camshaft. Comp roller rockers. ported big valve 462 casting double hump heads. polished dual plane intake. Edelbrock Carb and various other polished and chrome dress up parts. The distributor has been upgraded to electronic. The coolant system consists of a hi flow polished water pump. aluminum radiator. new fan & fan shroud. All the hoses under the hood have been replaced ass well. We never dynoed this combo but similar combos like this we did in the past made over 350hp. The exhaust consists of ceramic coated long tube headers back by a complete 2. 5" stainless Pypes Performance true dual exhaust with factory style hockey stick tips. The car originally came with an automatic but we decided to convert it to a fresh Munci 4 speed with new clutch. lywheel. riveshaft and pedal assembly. The car rides on brand new BFG radial TA's mounted on factory Rallys. Their is so much time and detail put into this car and it would take much more space then this ad to go over everything we did to this car but when you start with such a great starting platform it's worth the time and money we invested in this hot rod. We had fun building this car but it's time for another project. If you look at our other auction this car a has sister a 1968 model in the same color almost in the same condition as we found this one. We have it up for sale as is or we can build it to your specs - check it out! We reserve to right to end this auction early as this car is for sale locally as well. Please contact us to make arrangements to view either car or send more pictures - we have tons from this build. Due to the car being abandoned it came with no title when purchased. so we contacted the TX DMV and went through the process of getting a new title and after all the proper paperwork was complete and the Police sent out there inspector we received a brand new Blue TX title bonded by the state. If you need financing we can assist you- we work with JJ Best classic car financing. just contact us and we can get you hooked up. I'm excepting partial trade offers- sorry no motorcycles or motor homes- hot rods or muscle cars only!

At Legendary Finds Garage we perform tedious art of restoration along with offering a unique service to customers! My name is Brian Bossone and you may know me from the popular TV show Pinks All Out- but that's not where I got my start in the automotive industry. I have over 25 years of experience in the building. ustomizing and buying of hot rods and race cars. I sold my speed & performance shop called E. L. D. Performance after 20yrs and went on the road for Speed Channel. I settled in to Dallas after the show ended a few years ago and I'm happy to call this my home. Speed Channel is gone and the show has ended and my need for speed and hot rods has brought me back to my one true passion. - finding -fixing and restoring hot rods! This time around I will not be servicing or installing high performance parts for the general public but instead I have decided to use my knowledge of cars to offer a unique service for my customers. It's called Speed Inspectors. The genesis for Speed Inspectors was derived from a problem that started when the traditional buying vehicles went from a paper medium to online vehicle purchasing. All across America automotive & motorcycle enthusiast are surfing the web for the perfect ride!
