Selling my mk1 escort. I may regret it but other projects and lack of time. I feel she needs a new home where she will get used more often. 1973 2 door mk1 escort was a 1300 E originally but had lost most of the E parts when found the car. I have owned her for around about 8 years and restored when brought. he are photos of the restoration. urrently fitted with 1700 x-flow with 234 cam etc. if anything will say the carbs need a set up. tandard 4 speed gt gear box and 3. 9 diff. roper 5. 5 inch mk1 4 spokes full set of 5. . 8i bilsteins up front with spaced m16 callipers. ny questions on spec please ask. the body work is solid but not mint included is a second hand front wing as n/s/f is rusty please see the photos. here are some surface bits along the sills. nd few marks on the roof will take more photos if you wish. ould recommend viewing as cannot write every little mark on here. ut it is a solid 40 year old mk1 escort. he trim is good the door cards could do with re painting as were gold before didn't look right with black seats so painted them. nd few other little jobs like fitting the drivers side shelf. included in the sale are a few parts haven't got around to doing these are electric fuel pump and regulator with guage. lso the blanking plate. electric fan with wiring kit and thermostat kit. lso indicator stalk as one on the car is playing up. Taxed until end of February although according to classic ford will be tax exempt as of april next year!
