Peugeot 205 GTI with Mi16 Engine Non Runner I COULD REALLY DO WITH THIS GONE ASAP THIS WEEK IF POSSIBLE AS WE HAVE NO ROOM TO STORE THEM SO PLEASE MESSAGE ME ANY SERIOUS OFFERSRelisted due to a non paying auction winner!Great Project for someoneThis car currently does not run and a local auto electrician that has looked at it recommended me to buy a new loom due to too much damage and corrosion on the wires and plugs etc on the one it has, i had found a supplier for a purpose built new loom last summer costing around £600 and the auto electrician was going to fit it and set the car back up but i never got round to buying the loom and the car has sat so i have not been able to get it running and it needs to go as i need the space.It ran and drove when the previous keeper owned it who is a local mechanic before he decided to strip the car and sent it to be re painted, when he got it back he then started to build the car back up but it would not fire up and it has been left in storage for quite some timeThe registration number for the car is: C867SNHWith the mileage is was on 77,838 on 3 April 2008 but then jumps to 103434 in September 2009? Seems a lot nrearly 26000 miles in 17 months after having a partial restore for an old car?I have more photos showing close ups of the floor, bulkhead, inner arches, sills etc on na couple of other live listings as ebay limit the pictures i can add.The car was registered new as a Red 1.6 Gti and has had 14 previous keepers, the last a local garage has had the car since December 2009. On 21-Jul-21 at 17:29:25 BST, seller added the following information:What you see in the pictures is what you get and i will hopefully update the listing again with more information as more parts are found for me by the former keeper.The car did run and was driven by the previous keeper with the Mi16 engine in before it went for paintwork as a near rolling shell with the engine etc out.When it came back which was some time as he had to have it painted twice due to reaction in the paint he built it back up and it would not fire upThe paintwork is not very good and wants doing again too be honest, also from storage it has a dent in the nearside which will need beating out and prepping.We are sure its the loom as its in a very bad condition but we cannot guarantee anything as the car has stood for 5-6 yearsPlease accept that this car is a project and will need to be stripped back down and totally re painted and re builtI do not have a new loom for the car, i do not have any service history for the car either and the clocks show 107k but there is another set of clocks which have 85k on and looking on the mot mileage history it looks like the car might be the lower of the 2 but as i have no history i cannot guarantee the mileage is genuine at all but going back to 2007 on mot checker it does seem to look correct but thats only back to 2007 so that leaves 21 years and about 12 owners previouslyI do not know what the car needs to be rebuilt, i only have what i have in the pictures so please understand there will be parts missingYou will need to make sure when you pick it up you can either transport the parts safely in the car or separate in a van as the car has no windows fittedThe drivers floor looks slightly raised as if its been jacked in the wrong place or ground out at some pointThe car has been wax oiled underneath to keep it solid and people who have took the time to view it have mentioned how solid it is but i did feel a bit of a rusty possibly rot area to the left centre of the lower bulkhead where it meets the floorPlease ask me as many questions as you want or if you want to view it please contact meI think i will have the rear screen as the last owner says he thinks he has found it but i will confirm it when i get it

I have just been given a section of the original lower rear seat, it is the lower rear passenger side piece and has 2 cigarette burns as well as being very dirty but should be ok cleaned up and repaired.
