"Quietly, Comfortably, Efficiently Camaro Berlinetta.....it's an admirable combination of luxury and comfort that never forgets its a Camaro" - 1981 Chevrolet Camaro Ad

This 1981 Berlinetta Camaro is one of a kind. If you are looking for a show car that is truly original you have found the right one! The two previous owners always stored the car indoors to prolong its exterior beauty and original paint. The extremely low mileage is rare with the odometer reading at 28,073. Under the hood this Camaro has a powerful V8 engine that is paired with a 3 speed automatic transmission and power steering. Dealer installed cruise control is an added bonus!

Pictures cannot do the interior of this Chevy any justice! To be all original and never replaced since 1981.. it is flawless. The deluxe beige cloth seats show no signs of wear and are very comfortable for long trips. The matching cloth door panels are beautiful and feature a three color band of fabric for a pop of color.

The cold factory A/C is a great addition to the car. Listen to the radio while you cruise down the road with the AM/FM Cassette radio. The sport mirrors with a driver side remote and the day/night rearview mirror really make driving a breeze.

28,330 Original miles

The 1981 model was nearly unchanged from 1980 and would be the last model year for the second-generation Camaro. The Z28 was still powered by a 350 cu in (5.7 L) V8, however due to new emissions regulations the engine was now equipped with a CCC (Computer Command Control) unit for the first time. This predecessor to modern engine control modules had an oxygen sensor, an electronically controlled carburetor, a throttle position sensor, coolant sensors, a barometric pressure sensor, a Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor (MAP), and a check engine light on the dash. The transmission was now equipped with a lockup torque converter, controlled by the CCC as well. The CCC could also be used as a self-diagnostic tool. RS models were dropped this year, but the RS designation would reappear in 1989. Total production had dropped down to 126,139 from a high of 282,571 in 1979. - wikipedia
