EXTERIOR
A delightful and original Dormobile creation. finished in standard Dormobile White with specified second colour gold. The exterior of this classic Dormobile is charming in every respect. Structurally sound underside and cab section with an impressively intact and original glass-fibre body. There is evidence of various remedial repairs to the cab which now are showing signs of ageing but overall. this does not detract from the impressive appearance of this camper. The bonnet inner metal skin shows signs of minor historic rust as does a small section on the front window sill. All glasswork is original and intact. as are the bumpers and exterior trim pieces. The original Dormobile Landcruiser badgework is present and is accompanied by window stickers from the Dormobile owners Club. The external electric hook up connection is still present and intact. INTERIOR
A wonderful Dormobile interior. truly home from home. All interior features. fixtures and fittings remain just as Dormobile intended. Packed full of home comforts. the versatile day and night arrangements are immensely useful and logically designed. The comfortable lounge area with removal dining table converts easily into sleeping areas. with additional bunk bed. Fully curtained throughout the body and cab allowing uninterrupted sleep. The built in cupboards and cabinets. in addition to vast underfloor storage mean there really is a place for everything. Built in Electrolux refrigerator. sink and cooker provide ample facilities for holiday catering. Underfloor 12 gallon potable water tank and Mini-Elsan toilet look after personal requirements. Recently replaced driving and leisure batteries with revised modern wiring aid the classic camper fittings. however it must be noted that the equipment has not been performance tested by KGF Classic Cars. The cab area is spacious and comfortable with matching vinyl front and passenger seats which swivel to face the lounge area. Fully loaded and ready for year round enjoyment.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The GM 2279 litre four cylinder overhead-camshaft petrol engine produces 78bhp at 4600rpm and offers great pulling power. The engine starts effortlessly and provides smooth and quiet performance. ideal for touring. The reliable all synchro four-speed manual transmission is perfect and easy in operation. assisting acceleration to safe travelling speeds to keep up with modern traffic. There is slight synchro wear on third gear only noticeable on quick changes.

WHEELS. TYRES & BRAKES.
Painted steel wheels matching the body are complimented by chrome hub caps and additional chrome embellishers. both of which are all in excellent order. The wheels are shod in matching BF Goodrich Commercial 195/R14 tyres which retain excellent tread. Hydraulic brakes all round with 9” drums provide ample stopping power.

HISTORY FILE
It is clear from the condition of the vehicle and the history file that the five previous owners have truly cherished it.
