You are bidding on a rare 1980 911SC Sunroof Coupe that is an all original untouched survivor that was recently discovered in hibernation in a garage for the past 10 years the longtime owner had passed away. It is a rarely seen unmolested completely stock survivor 911 that appears is all original from the factory. It was never altered. restored or modified in any way. Since waking up it has been given a professional detailing. the oil was changed a new fuel pump was installed (the original pump is included) some fresh gas and a battery were installed and it is now running strong once again. It shifts smoothly through all the gears and does drive. It could certainly benefit from a tune-up since it was sitting. I think a heat exchange is bad (minor issue). This is a wonderful classic automobile for any classic car collector or true Porsche enthusiast to drive and enjoy. The Details;

This 1980 911 SC Sunroof Coupe is basically all original thru-out. It has a gorgeous no-hit. rust-free arrow straight body and floor pan chassis which is finished in very rarely seen beautiful Mocha Brown paint that has wonderful original patina and of course all the typical road chips etc. of 33 year old paint but still shines and presents nicely as such with lots of attitude. This color is like a wonderful cup of rich Cappuccino coffee. All the trim. very nice factory tinted glass. rubber. emblems are in well preserved original condition. No typical cuts in the front or rear black rubber bumperettes. It has the original legendary Fuchs Alloy wheels with gold crest inserts in 3 of the wheels (one crest is missing) older Pirelli radial tires that have good tread depth but should be replaced simply from age. The black leather interior is well preserved and is a statement of originality again it has character and patina galore. It was cleaned and dressed and is pretty overall. The black headliner is really nice and with a touch of a button the electric Sunroof opens and closely smooth as glass. It has every amenity one could imagine from a sports car of this time period and it is well appointed thru-out the interior. Jump in it and immediately you feel like hitting the open road when sitting behind the wheel of this quintessential Porsche. The chassis is rock solid. rust-free and was always garage kept.

The heart of this Porsche 911SC is its factory original 3. 0L Overhead Cam Six-Cylinder air-cooled masterpiece engine that has legendary performance and is running. These 911 3. 0L engines are considered one of the finest. most reliable. longest lasting engines ever produced. Since its recent coming out of hibernation the oil was changed a new correct fuel pump was installed with some fresh gas. a battery was installed and the car starts easily is running strong and shifts smoothly through the gears. The suspension is very tight and the shocks are wonderfully stiff as they should be. Built with German high quality the air-cooled 911SC is considered one the finest driving. handling and braking Sports cars of all time. Note* it has been recently been taken from long term storage it runs and drives but should have a careful once over prior to putting the car back into active everyday duties. It should have a proper tune-up and the brakes gone thru as well as a heat exchange replaced.
