This vintage Chevy has alot going for it! Previous owner had reached the point in life where he was unable to finish out the car. All of the hard work has been done and the car is in great shape. Here are the specs.
Rebuilt number matching 235 engine According to encyclopedia of American Cars. Power-glide equipped cars came with Truck engines. which were 235 C. I. in 1950. That's right the casting number on the block is the VIN number on the Texas titleEngine has an aftermarket Cast Aluminum Valve Cover manufactured in the 1950's by C. A. W. (Colorado Aluminum Works) to suppress engine noise in early morning delivery trucks with 235 engines. It can be stripped of paint and polished shiny! Researched this valve cover on the HAMBReal split exhaust manifolds and all new dual exhaustFuel tank dropped and vatted. new sender and voltage reducer installed

The car starts right up and runs and drives well. Front end is tight and underside is clean. Everything under the hood was cleaned and painted. The side glasses all roll up and down but have cracks. We can have this addressed for an upcharge if the new owner desires. Tires are old bias ply and have weather cracking. all hold air fine but will need replacing for highway driving. Undercarriage. inner rockers. braces. inner trunk etc are all very clean. front floors are solid with some patches. All in all just a great. solid hardtop that needs minor details or just enjoy as is!
