SPECIFICATIONS Year 1934 Make Ford Model Model 40B Deluxe Rumble Seat Cabriolet VIN 18F1047970 Mileage Exempt Engine 85hp Cylinders V8 Flathead Transmission 3-Speed Title Clear Color Dark Maroon Interior Color Brown DESCRIPTION Regarded by many Ford enthusiasts as one of the finest designs to own. the 1934 model year is quite the prize for any collector! Minor styling alterations marked the 1934 model body lines with racked front grill with wide surround. vertical hood slats with two release levers instead of one. and slightly smaller headlights & cowl lamps made for an incredibly handsome car that mimicked much more expensive vehicles of the same era. Engine durability was improved and the 112” wheelbase frame was redesigned for added strength. The speedy Ford V-8 which increased output to 85 horsepower was a favorite of many buyers. including the notorious John Dillinger and Bonnie & Clyde!

We are very pleased to offer this beautiful 1934 Ford Model 40B Deluxe Cabriolet! Our example was last fully restored many years ago prior to entering the Bud Mick collection located in the Detroit. MI area. It traded hands just one time after his passing in early 2007 and appeared to be used only sparingly by both owners. It was cosmetically restored in June of 2013 upon its arrival to the St. Louis Car Museum to include a professional exterior repaint. all new hand-masked pin striping. and new custom made convertible top & boot cover. The engine was freshened with new spark plugs. carburetor rebuilt. fuel tank drained. interior speedometer rebuilt with new interior wiring harness. and all new fresh fluids. It continues to start with ease and run down the road wonderfully! They are charming cars to see on out on the street. and command attention at every stoplight! This car's presentation has been enhanced superbly with stunningly smooth paint! Please feel free to call with additional questions. or schedule an opportunity to view this vehicle in person! from Brad Austin, dated 28 april 2014
Do you have any interior and chassis pictures of the car? Has it won any awards? Is everything stock 1934?

Thanks, Brad
