2008 Lamborghini Gallardo

I am selling my 2008 Gallardo due to not driving it enough. It has a brand new battery installed 1 month ago. I bought the car 2 years ago from Bentley. Lamborghini. Lotus San Francisco. When I bought it 2 years ago the mileage on the car was 11. 97. I have put roughly 4k miles on the car.   I had the oil changed 1. 00 miles ago and all fluids checked at this time.   When I bought the Gallardo it had an e-gear scan of 57% clutch life left. I have not raced the car and I have been very easy on it. I assume the e-gear life left is around 40% now.   The car is total stock besides the amp that is in the trunk.   The tires were brand new when I bought the car.
Due to the battery dying this last time. in jumping the car. then finally replacing the battery the car now has the spoiler light on. The spoiler currently isn't lifting when going over 70mph.   The new owner may want to install a new spoiler and this won't be an issue. or this could be a very easy fix. (Re-connect the spoiler plugs) or the spoiler motor may be out. the part is around $500. 00 I have decided to not get this fixed at this time because the only trust worthy place I have found is all the way in San Jose which is 2 hours from me.   During the last detailing of the car I noticed a crack in the windshield which I have also decided to leave. I got a quote for a new windshield and install ($4500) I believe both of these issues will be reflected in the sale price. The crack in the windshield is on the passenger side towards the bottom of the windshield and is very hard to notice. It is where the windshield wiper blade is. also when running my finger on the crack. I can't feel it.
This car is almost 10 years old and looks nearly new. If you would like more pictures taken or have any questions. don't hesitate to email me.   There is also a loan on the car. which will be paid off upon auction end and the pink slip will then be transferred to you.   All sales are final. please don't bid if you are not going to follow through.
Forgot to mention. the passenger sun visor has a crack in the glass. This is probably a $5. 00 part and may have come like this when I bought the car. my girlfriend pulled it down one day to look in the mirror and saw that it was cracked.  
Total Estimate on repairs is roughly ($5. 00) I have no problem getting all of these items fixed upon auction end. I will just charge you $5. 00 more and get all of these issues fixed. Thus the sale price should reflect the cheaper price. Please let me know if you want these items fixed. It will delay delivery of the car and like I mentioned. if you want a new spoiler anyways. this is a non issue. and the windshield glass isn't preventing this car from being a beauty and pleasure to drive.
