Vehicle Pickup & Shipping

The vehicle is located at the"Leon's Fine Cars" dealership in Toronto. ON Canada M9W 4W6 approximately 90 miles north of Buffalo. NY. The seller/dealer has made arrangements to ship the vehicle using customs broker "CAN AM Auto Importers" to Buffalo. NY 14217. All shipping and exportation costs to Buffalo. NY will be covered by the seller.

All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility from that point.

 

General Terms

The buyer responsible for all taxes and fees in the state it will be registered in. Out of state buyers (including other countries). the title will be provided to you and will be responsible for registration and taxes in your own state or province.

 

A non-refundable deposit of $1. 00 is due within 24 hours of the auction close together with a signed bill of sale. The remaining balance is due within 3 days of the close of auction. unless other arrangements were made. Accepted payment methods are bank wire transfers. If you wish to obtain financing. please do so ahead of time. We also reserve the right to verify any or all bids to ensure exceptional auction integrity.
