This Beautiful "S" code 1967 Dusk Rose Mustang Coupe is extremely rare. The 1st owner purchased this car in Montgomery. Alabama. After his death in 1968. the 2nd owner purchased from his widow and painted it brown. It stayed that way until current owner purchased the car in 1997. Once we discovered the "true" nature of the car. the Montgomery auto community pitched in for a 99% restoration.
This vehicle was stripped down to absolutely bare unibody.  Everything was rebuilt before being put back together.  (Engine. transmission. axle. front end. heat and A/C. etc. )  She was kept as original as possible. any replacement parts were MCA approved.  The ONLY upgrade was a new "resto look" stereo with the amp hidden in trunk.
Completed in 2000. the car has for the last 13 years been under a cover. garage kept. occasional driver. (less than 500 miles) She is a basic Mustang Coupe. 289 engine (not Hi-Po). Runs great. drives great. just needs a good home. She is a beautiful "Rose". You will not find another one like this!
This is not a concourse restoration.  She was put together to become a very occasional driver.  Yet it is an excellent 99% restoration. Only a few trim items left.  The Sport Sprint package had a chrome breather cover. this one is painted Ford Engine blue.  A mirror trim bezel on the driver's inside door is missing.  Had a garage mishap that scraped the paint on the front left hood.  (Quarter size scrape).
