I am not the original owner. so I cannot provide complete details to the vehicle history.   It was restored and was recently appraised as a "CLASS 2" Restoration - with "CLASS 1" being the best. The appraisals came in around $23. 00 - a copy of the appraisal is available on request.

I have actually put few hundred miles on the car since getting it this summer.   The car drives straight and is a quite comfortable ride!

Since getting it I added carpet to the trunk. replaced the Front Shocks. Front Springs. Upper Control Arms and Coil Seats. and added a Passenger Side Mirror.

It has an new interior (carpet. seat upholstery. and dash pad) and Dakota Electronic Gauges (blue LED).   The dash was modified for a non-standard radio/cd player. but it was not properly fitted so there are gaps around the radio that need to be fixed.   The kick panels are new and have Pioneer Speakers.   There are also Pioneer speakers in the back.

The paint is in good condition but needs some work to fix chips and cracks. as well as some paint drips.   The cracks in the paint are in the driver side door jam and just under the driver side rear window.   Striping is vinyl decal.   The hood is a fiberglass hood with 4 pins - no hinges.

Car has disc brakes on front. drums on rear.   The transmission is 4 speed manual with Hurst Shifter.   The cast exhaust manifold was replaced with Headers that go into a straight pipes exhaust and sounds fantastic (although my neighbors may think otherwise!).

The tires look to be fairly new with lots of tread on them.

There is no heater in the car.   I was told that because it was a Florida car they decided not to put it back in during the restoration.

There is a small oil leak coming from the passenger side valve cover.

Note:  I am selling this to purchase another Mustang that is currently for sale. so if that vehicle sells before this one I will suspend this auction regardless of the bidding.

Today I started to replace the Valve Cover Gaskets in attempt to fix the leak mentioned above.   When removing the valve cover. and after further inspection of the block. I learned that the car actually has a 1968 302 cu. in. engine in it.   The original owner must not have known this when restoring the vehicle.   I should have the leak fixed by the end of the auction.
