This is my third Porsche and best one ever.   I have owned it for 8 years and only the second owner. There are no dents or scratches. Leather is perfect condition - no cracks.   Always garaged - non smoker.   New Pirellis on rear (less than 200 miles).   AC works perfectly and the tipronic is a thrill to drive especially in heavy traffic and hilly terrain.  40. 00 is actual miles -  never raced.  
Everything on the car is original - no modifications.   Like most Porsche turbos the rear spoiler needs adjustment.   Have car cover and a few other goodies with the car. Picture above is of my two previous Porsches -
