Sunbeam Alpine GT S1V ( series 4 ) 1965
Detachable hard top. non overdrive. 1592ccMileage reads  34600 which I believe should be higher. Last MOT'd June 2011 mileage 34562. previous June 2006 mileage 34506. prior to that garage stored for over 20 years.
I purchased this car 2 years ago and stored it in a dry garage and never touched it. same old story. A few weeks ago I started re-commissioning it ready for mot by:replacing the carb for a weber 28/36. correctly jetted. replacing clutch slave cylinder and bleeding. new front tyre's. new front shock absorbers. eplaced voltage regulator with a new one. eplaced distributor with correct one. new coil and leads. urrently working on brakes as offside rear brake is sticking. Also the brake servo is not working. All photo's taken this morning in the rain. There is a tourney cover with the car. I do have a hood & frame which will be offered first to the buyer. I am selling due to loss of my extra garage. I am a SAOC member
General condition is good for the year. a few bubbles here and there on paintwork. nothing serious. engine smoking a little due to non use getting less now I'm running it. solid underneath with a few older patches. I believe once brakes are sorted it will pass an mot.
I'm hoping to show it at the Restoration Show  NAC Stoneleigh Coventry on Sunday 27th October 2013. Hall 2 Stand 13 along with other Alpines.  where you can view all being well and rain stops so I can sort the brakes. or you can view here. NW Coventry just off the A45 anytime.
