This is my 923 I have owned this for over 4 years .   It was a truck that I picked out of many. prior to me getting more knowledge and really into these Awesome trucks. Tires are not new but good. This is a 1984 with Good Year Super Singles & ABS .  This was at the Red River Army Depot in June of 2011 completely gone through and its only had 60 hrs and 1600 miles on it since complete RED RIVER OVERHAUL .  Starts every time.  no either.  Truck has a total of 22835 miles 688 hrsThis was gone through at 21025 miles and 625 hrs in 2011  @ RED RIVER DEPOT. Engine is the reliable NHC 250 also known as the 855  has 240 horsepower Allison 5 Speed Automatic Transmission . drives straight down the road . power steering . Air / Hydraulic brakes basically drives like a straight truck or bus  Easy! No leaks or problems I was taking my time when I found it. Spare tire and crane in right location. Truck is Camo. nbsp;top is Camo with troop seats.  Paint is Good with No Rust . I've used it in the winter and cruised it in the mountains during the summer . this will go through 6 feet of water if needed and its Rockwell Axles are the Best.  Tags are on door jamb from its maintenance history. ABS was added at one time per the government's request to do the complete fleet due to inexperienced drivers. This is my baby. always taken care of. always gets the looks . has the fold down sides to load just about anything .  Drive up here and haul your car home in back or fly in and drive it home .  Don't get stuck with a bad truck with issues . This is a great first truck or last truck . I have acquired  another 5 ton 931 tractor 6x6 to make some modifications on it later on. This will make you smile and be happy. Engine and transmission are great no issues. Everything works. Drive this anywhere . It cost me only $240 a year for $12. 00. 00 coverage through Haggerty INS . Because its an 84 it saves you lots of cash on Insurance and the fuel isn't as bad as some people say . Its not a race car. drive it with care and cruise it. you will be surprised.  Selling as is but no surprises to worry about . Has hardtop and heater. original glass with ABS sticker  This truck was not abused. seems very tight and the winner will be stoked . Saturday 27th of May. nbsp;I added some more pics.  I wanted to mention picture 10 is from my other truck.  Picture 12 & 13 are pics from both angles of the NHC engine also included a picture of under the engine from this truck .  Included are pics of troop seats and boxes on side of truck 'open' to show no cancer. The dates are also written on the axles transmission etc of  RED RIVER DEPOT from 2011 another tag on the dash shows another RED RIVER DEPOT date prior to 2011. Also. has 3 other tags from the DEPOT hard to make out but legit.   I believe the glass to be all original as the ABS sticker is still intact and original on the windshield. I know guys use WD 40 to bring out the Paint and make them look their best. its cool I just never did it.  It gets plenty of attention without putting armor all on the tires and making it all super clean.  Again I just never did it.  I'm sure it will look ten times better if I were to grease it up and shine the tires etc. I find bird nests in the back from year to year and the white under the truck is from the birds. This will power wash right off & look super slick if you go that route. Trying. to be honest and helpful so you know exactly what it is your buying .  I've second guessed myself about selling it but I have decided to let it go.   I still have one 5 ton so the parting is much easier.  Thanks for looking. you will be getting a good solid truck. good seats. sliding rear window and I also found a tag from the hardtop. so it looks like it's been on the truck its whole life.
