First registered feb. 1969 Genuine MK 2 Austin Mini Cooper 998ccthis was restored a long time ago 1984 ish from what i can work out looking at old receipts etc still on original floor pansvery solid little car with running engine etc. previous owner to me spent inxs of £2500 with receipts owned for 3 yearsthen i brought it serviced engine. oil plugs leads etc got it running. brakes are binding slightly. but has had new pistons seals and discs previous owner had done. as the car has been dry stored for many years again from what i can work out 20 plus yearsthis is not a rusty heap but requires a little love and fettling could be driven on to trailer i believeHas correct vin plate and commission no plate correct engine number with vehicle logbook in my name. also have original green logbooks lots of receipts which is nice to add to history also has body build number plate with vehicle. before i purchased i spoke with Gaydon motor museum and they confirmed that the numbers given to them this is the real deal. ustin Mk 2 mini cooper. I also replaced the alternator for a new one. all the interior looks to be original. revious owner added new master cylinders and brake lines. as correct boot board with all brackets present. there is a receipt for unleaded head conversion this was carried out on the original head not an exchange basis. also has a new maniflow exhaust system has correct age triplex glass so i would think its original as you can date the glassi have probably missed something so if i think of anything else will add in descriptionthis will need to be picked up i. e. on a trailer with in 7 days of auction ending as the vehicle has no mot obviously tax exempt only selling as i have too many projects ongoingplease feel free to email any questions you may have or call 07841 616603 if i do not answer please leave a message i will call you back!this is a cash on collection auction please no time wasters or dreamers i know what these little minis are worth and there is only one way they are going and that is up in value great little investment getting rare btw this is still on hydrolastic suspension which is original and should have. also has electronic ignition. nbsp;
