All the services have been kept up to date in this car.  I have maintenance records for last 4 years.  The most recent service was completed two weeks ago. Everything in this car works perfect.  In runs and drive perfect. The car has a Parrot Bluetooth System. The tires up front are more than 75% the back tires are 25%.  All the tires are properly balanced and the car tracks straight down the road but if you get 4k more out of the back tires they will be ready for the dump. The car presently has a California smog report but I just drove it to my Texas home a few weeks ago and is in McAllen Texas now.

As I have already stated the car has a clean CarFax if you want a copy send me your email.  I tried to take several pics so you could see the condition.  If you have any additional questions please call me at 281-989-6297 before 10pm central time.

If you have not owned one of these cars and are not familiar and are bidding because the car is cheap here is some good advice.  Ther Ferrari is incredible.  The sound is music.  Driving this car at high speed is an very involving experience.  I drive a Mercedes CL550 as my daily driver. A incredible car but you are removed from the road.  The engine is like a turbine and the car is capable but it does not involve the driver the same way the Maserati does.  The engine is 396 HP but it all takes place above 3500 rpm.  The Mercedes has a lot of low end torque.  The Maserati you need to wind up and when you do it swallows you and takes you to a place the Mercedes cannot.

This is an exotic car.  You make friends every time you stop and get gas.  It shocks me as to how many people notice this car.  They are much more dependable than they used to be but you will find that you either have to maintain it yourself or find a great mechanic.  The single scariest item is the clutch in the Duo Select Transmission. There are several shops that specialize in this repair. It ranges from $2500 - $3000 and must be addressed 20-50k. If you manual shift and drive like you stole it the clutch last longer.

The only things wrong with this car is a ding under the Maserati embalm behind pax side back door picture included.  It's hard to see except when it hits the light right. The Maserati emblem on the counsel picture included.  Look at trim around back window pax side. There is a small plastic clip that's cracked. As stated elsewhere back tires have less than 25% tread. About 4k miles.

To digress the transmission and engine combo really start to be in the zone above 3500 rpm.  In town you have to rev high to stay in the torque and even on the road you are at 4000 rpm at 100 with a 7250 rpm redline.  The suspension is delightful as is the ride at lower speeds and at high speed you feel glued to the ground as the suspension adjust. It is an incredible highways cruiser.

On the highway from El Paso to San Antonio I drove an average speed of 110 and averaged 15. 5 mpg. I increased the average to 120 mph and went to 15. 2mpg.  One might ask how do you drive a car that fast and not get a ticket.  The new Escort does an incredible job at allowing you to keep your average speed up.

If you have any other questions give me a shout.

Chris
