1966 Chevrolet Impala Wagon 9-Passenger V8 Surf Wagen Family Truckster

 1966 Chevrolet Impala Wagon 9-Passenger Long Roof that has that right "So-Cal Surf Kulture Look". It starts. stops. and drives great with tons of power. It has a freshly rebuilt 350 V8 w/Camel Hump Heads that has less than 3k on it mated to a Turbo 350 automatic transmission. Engine upgrades include the following New parts- Water pump. Chrome Alternator and brackets. fuel pump and filters. HEI w/MSD Plug Wires. The Brand New Edelbrock 4brl Carburetor with choke has matching Chrome Valve Covers and Air Cleaner. Dual Headers and Flowmaster exhaust that exit just rear of the wheels. Sound awesome!

The all Steel body is straight and solid overall. that said there are visible signs of older repairs and Repaint. Very solid rust free floorboards. trunk/spare tire has good floors. That said there are a couple tiny spots by the wheel wells where the paint has bubbles (see pics) . no rot through on this "California Cruzer". Windshield has a small crack in the drivers lower corner not in the way of the view while the rest of the glass is crack and chip free. All windows roll up and down. some of the handles are off in the pics but are included along with a box of misc. spare parts - handles. arm rest. visors. headliner bows. extra trim. & other odds and ends.

The interior is very comfortable matching front and back seat old school seat covers with the 3rd row for the kids. Black Carpet. original door panels need to be redone but are usable. no headliner- bows included. Original Impala 2 spoke steering wheel. working Gauges. A Smooth ride with Brand New Michelin 17" tires rolling New Black Chrome American Racing rims . Upgraded reservoir master cylinder and all new brakes.
stops great. Rebuilt front end bushings.


This Impala has many upgraded parts. Lots of accessories including the Rare Roof Rack. In a nut shell this is a one of a kind classic! Turn the key and go cruise! This is not a museum quality car or trailer queen. but it is a nice driver car that will steal the show at any local gathering! Any and every-time I drive this car I get nothing but waves. thumbs ups. conversation. I cant come out of a store with out somebody standing there looking in!

This Custom Cruiser is titled and Registered as a 1966 CHEV with current CA Registration. a clear title. and a visible vin#. Great for the family. Fun to take to the Beach. Band Advertisement and Promotions.
