Listing my beautiful 2000 Jeep Cherokee for sale. There's just under 120. 00 miles. but considering this is my daily driver. the number may fluctuate slightly depending on the time of sale. This Jeep has been an astounding car to own. reliability has been excellent and I've made sure to keep her well maintained. Does NOT have cracked 0331 cylinder head.
Some of the work I've completed in the last 2 years have been the following:
•New radiator. water pump. thermostat and coolant flush. •New rear tires as of last month (front tires still have about 60% tread)•New tint (rear is 10%. sides are 30%)•New headlights and housings. •New rear main seal/oil pan seal (this was a pain but I got it done. no leaks!)•Transmission fluid change•New steering stabilizer•New starter motor•New Bosch 4-hole fuel injectors•New Spark plugs•Oil changes every 4000-6000 miles•Sony iPod USB CD player with new Crutchfield Speakers
Yes I do enjoy working on it during the weekends. And because of this. I drive her 40 miles a day to and from work for the past 8 months and she has given me ZERO issues. With a little TLC these Jeep's will run forever. They really don't make them like this anymore with the exception of the Wrangler. It Idles nice and smooth around 900 RPM without AC. 1000-1100 with AC. Milage isn't bad either. I usually average 21 mpg with mostly highway/suburban driving.

As you can see it looks to be almost brand-new. The paint is factory. and while it looks great on the sides and hood (aside from some normal wear and tear). the roof is experiencing clear-coat failure. something typical of Florida and southern Jeeps. If you sand it down yourself and take it to a paint place with a new clear coat. that should run somewhere around $200-350. Mopar colors are easy to match. Or. a simple solution to hide the failure would be something like this: [vivilon. com/ezcleartopcoat. html] On top of that this Jeep needs a new headlamp switch and key cylinder (total $40 on RockAuto).
The best part about this Jeep is parts are dirt cheap and there are probably 5 different "How-to" videos for any single thing that could go wrong with this. I'm sad to be parting ways with it. I would not be letting this Jeep go were it not for the fact I work for the Military and am relocating in the next 4 months.
