I will not be responsible for any "after the fact" inability to register the vehicle due to emissions laws where you reside. However. the emissions components are included with this vehicle. so it can be returned to stock if you desire.  The truck must be paid for entirely and all funds cleared BEFORE you arrange to pick it up.  $1000 deposit due within 24 hours via PayPal. which is non-refundable for any reason.   The remaining balance will need to be settled within 7 days which is non-negotiable. The remaining balance is ONLY accepted via direct WIRE TRANSFER or CASH in person. There is a loan on the truck. which will need to be satisfied prior to the release of the title.
