The car is in original and excellent condition with absolutely no rust. The car has been garaged and very lightly utilised throughout its lifetime. The car is as original as the day it came from the Porsche factory. I have had it in with a classic Porsche specialist who has carried out some excellent works and as a result she is a perfect runner and up to date. She has had all new brakes. hot start kit. oil system and runs like a dream. There is a new Bosch battery which was put on around six months ago. There bodywork is perfect and the undercarriage is. as the classic porsche specialist described her "the best he has seen of this year". She really is a fantastic car and I have enjoyed every minute of her. She is fully MOT'd until September 2013 however the car will be sold with a full MOT.  Any questions are welcome and any viewing of the car will take place at a secure location with security in place. If you have any questions then please feel free to contact me on 07966 630604.
The history of the car I have is as follows:In 1977 she was bought new by the owner of Porsche Lothian (Scotland). After a year she was sold to the second owner (whom we are still in contact with) who owned. maintained and drove her for thirteen years. His profession was a master mariner so the car had only very light use whilst he was on leave (not at sea). After the thirteen years of use. he winterised the engine. put her in his garage and covered her in a sheet. That is where she remained for fifteen years. After a chance conversation with the master mariner. he agreed to sell the car to me and in 2006 I drove up to Scotland. put the car on a trailer and brought her home. After my Porsche Specialist did a little work on her. she was running within two weeks. Since then I have used her around one month a year before working abroad. I moved back to the UK and have used the car in the last year a fair bit. She has always been used in the dry as I could never bring myself to utilise her in the wet. All MOT certificates are held on file as well as the original Porsche User manuals. chassy numbers etc. and can be seen upon request.
