$500 deposit due at end of auction. Deposits are Non-Refundable.   Balance to be paid within 3 business days following auction.  All balances must be paid before vehicle is shipped or picked up. Cashier's check. CASH. CREDIT CARD. PAYPAL. PERSONAL CHECK (HELD FOR 10 DAYS). OR MONEY ORDER.   Credit card transactions must prove identity.

We reserve the right to end the auction early if vehicle sells locally. Mileage on vehicles is subject to change due to test drives and transporting the vehicle.

We will try to describe every vehicle to the best of our ability.  We welcome buyers to inspect the vehicle themselves or have it inspected prior to bidding. Inspections are the responsibility of the bidder or buyer. Please inspect the vehicle or have it inspected prior to bidding.   If there is a manufacturer's warranty on the vehicle you are buying. we (as the dealer) are not party to it and is not part of this transaction. The manufacturer's warranty is between you and the manufacturer. This vehicle is sold "as is" with no written or verbal warranties expressed.
