2014 BMW 3-Series 328i xDrive

I am selling my 2014 Certified Pre-Owned BMW 328i xDrive.  The car is in like-new condition aesthetically and mechanically with only 34. 51 miles. The car has been babied. having been taken care of meticulously. and is in fantastic shape. My family has grown. so I had to buy a larger vehicle.
Options include: Premium Package (Moonroof. Lumbar Support. Comfort Entry for doors and trunk). Navigation system with Touchpad. heated front seats. and rear parking sensors. The car is Mineral Gray with black leather interior and includes BMW OEM thick rubber floor mats.
Car ConditionMaintenance has been completed on schedule and only at BMW dealerships. The last service was on 2/24/17 and the car is not due to be serviced for another 9. 00 miles.  The car reminds you when service is needed and an email is sent to you to set up an appointment to drop off your car or request a loaner. Why is this car different than most used BMWs you'll find? You can transfer the remainder of the BMW CPO extended warranty from me (done through BMW for $200). This means FREE maintenance. loaner cars. and roadside pickup through 7/2018 or 50k miles. The extended 6-year/100k mile CPO warranty that is good through 7/2020 (or 100k miles) will also be transferred to you. I bought this car CPO for the peace of mind knowing I had an extended warranty. You can only buy a CPO from a BMW dealership or in a private sale from someone that already has the coverage. The tires still have 60-70% tread left and have not been used in winter. I have a set of BMW OEM winter wheels that are on the car for 5 months of the year. I'll sell the winter tires in a separate auction if the buyer of the car is not interested in purchasing them (BMW style 396 wheels with Sottozero tires). PA state inspection is good until 12/17. The car has an AutoCheck score of 94. The first owner leased the car for nine months before I bought it. It was not a fleet or rental vehicle. The car is priced fairly between non-CPO used BMWs and CPO models sold through the dealer. Don't pay thousands more for the same car with the same warranty from a dealership. My most recent search turned up listings in the $28-30k range for this car at similar mileage. Gray is harder to find than most colors. The MSRP of the car new was $46. 25.
