2006 BMW 7-Series

1) For sale by owner. check my 5500+ 100% positive reviews. 2) Car spent 99% of its life in Scottsdale Arizona and Rancho Mirage California. garage kept all it's life.  3) Car was purchased and delivered to suburban Chicago land in December 2016. it spent 3 months in my garage on my car lift getting new suspension. new gaskets / seals for the bottom of the engine. and new gaskets and seals for transmission. filters. new air filters. new cabin filters. new transmission filter. new engine filter. all new gaskets that were wet. all new bushings that dried out due to being in the desert. new AGM battery as well as programming of the new battery into ECU. 4) Car runs and drives like new.  Nothing is leaking. nothing smells. you can use my lift to inspect the vehicle underneath or bring it to any shop in the area. they won't find anything wrong with the vehicle5) it never been painted. it never been salvaged. never been flooded and no stories with the vehicle at all. no accidents.  6) The car was leased at first in Scottsdale Arizona.  and then bought out by the leaser who later moved to Rancho Mirage California  (a 65 year old doctor in 2016).  7) Up to 2017 car was always serviced at the BMW of Scottsdale or BMW of Palm springs CA every single service paperwork is available. about 1 inch thick of paperwork of service receipts from BMW dealers over the last 10 years.  8) Few things that are not perfect. some curb rash on rims as seen on the pictures below and 1 paint chip on the passenger side door as show on the pictures below. Both thigh supports don't work (motors spin but they won't move out from the bottom of the seats).  I got the replacement part but did not have time to install them yet.  9) Front suspension received 4 new control arms OEM BMW Lemforder / ZF.   Steering is like new at this time.  10) the bottom of the car is like new condition (no rust. no salt. no dirt). will snap a few pictures over the weekend.  11) Flex disk / guido bushing has been replaced november 2016 at bmw of Palm Springs12) Brakes (rotors and pads) are like new OEM BMW recent service at Palm Springs BMW13) Tires are good for another 20. 00 miles or so.  14) Gasket on the oil sensor has been replaced as well.   15) I understand price is relatively steep for a 2006 BMW 750li but it is sold as a collector item in almost new condition without any faults. without any leaks. without any stories. without any rust. with pretty much 0 wear. without anything wrong with anything.  Just get in and drive and don't worry about anything for years to come.  16) Inside is a perfect 10.  no dust. no salt. no nothing under the floor mats.  original OEM floors mats show no wear. as well as all weather floors mats are like new.  17) You can see the car on the weekends at the summer house here: 527 deer run fox lake. il 60020. or mon-fri here 710 mill circle #107 wheeling.
