I am the 3rd owner of this car and I have all the information on the car back till the day it was sold new in 1972. The car is in unbelievable original condition with only 37. 01 original miles on the car. The car has never sat outside and has always been garaged its entire life. On February 28. 1972 this cadillac sold new to a gentleman from Jeanette. Pennsylvania named Clifford F. Berlin. The Cadillac dealership he bought it from was located in Pittsburgh. PA. It still has the little blue dealer insignia on the left top part of the rear bumper. Clifford owned this car for 19 years and only put 29. 00 miles on it when he sold it to a local gentleman named Thomas Howard in 1991. Thomas Howard owns an oil company near Pittsburgh. Thomas Howard owned this car from 1991 until I purchased the car from him in October 2006. Thomas put 5. 00 miles on the car between 1991 and 2006. When I bought the car in 2006 it had 35. 50 miles on it. The car currently has a little over 37. 00 miles on it. I have done nothing but baby this car the entire time it has been in my possesion. It has never sat outside once the entire time I have owned the car and certainly never seen inclement weather of any kind. It has never been rained on the entire time I owned this car. The former owner Thomas Howard told me the same thing about how he cared for the car. Everything on this car is in outstanding condition and even the AC blows nice and cold. Clock currently does not works and has not since I have owned it. Thats it. Other than that the car appears. smells and drives as a brand new cadillac. The pictures were taken in the fall right before I stored it away for winter. I've only put about 50 miles on the car since the time these photos were taken. I even have the original sales brochure that came with the car. Best of all in the summer of 2011 I decided to see if I could find the build sheet on the car and I did. You can see the photos of how I lifted the back seat and almost passed out when I saw the build sheet in perfect condition stapled on the right side of the seat. I removed it carefully and am elated that I found it. I might consider a partial trade towards this vehicle. depends on what you have.
