Current customer rating: current rating for this car(2.15) based on 133 votes
Time to sell my beloved M3.   I love this car. I've kept it longer than many previous cars (135i. Golf R. LS1 swapped Volvo wagon). I owned the car for almost 2 year and 11. 00 miles. I've never had any serious problems and I've never gotten into an accident.   The car has been modified but is now mostly stock.   This generation BMW in many years will be remembered as the only time BMW built a great high revving naturally aspirated V8 powered M3 and having a real 6 speed manual just makes it that much better.   I'm selling this car because I had my fun and I am now planning to build an E34 touring as my summer car.

Pros:
Zero mechanical issues
Zero rust
Matte Black Vinyl wrap
ESS Tune (with cable and supercharger license software)
Modified exhaust with QTP wireless cutout and EAS 80mm stainless tips
SS brake lines with Stop Tech pads and SRF brake fluid
F10 M5 lighted shift knob and boot
Window tints all the way around

Cons:
Minor cosmetic blemishes: rear bumper wrap has a scuff. rear passenger wheel arch has a scuff. front windshield has a rock chip that was repaired. front windshield seal shows wear (no leaks). driver headlight gets condensation after rain( no issues). all wheels have light curb marks. front valence bottom has scuffs
Wrap shows some wear near drivers door handle
7 owners (Some people are bothered by multiple owners. not me)
Previously supercharged (Only supercharged for 4-5k miles)
Rod bearings. I'm not sure if they are original or replaced by a previous owner.   However. I do have Blackstone Labs oil analysis with a clean bill of health which will help the next owner continue to monitor them.

History of my ownership:

I purchased this car in June of 2015 from McGrath Lexus of Westmont. IL with 76. 6xx miles on it. This car has Cold weather package (Heated front seats and headlight washers). Premium package (Power folding mirrors and carbon leather trim). rear sun shades. sun roof. and 19" wheels. No Navigation. No Electronic Damper Control. No iDrive. No nonsense!

Prior to my purchase the dealer preformed an oil change and installed new rear tires on 4/13/15. I have the receipt for this.

When I purchased the car it was stock with the exception of a Meisterschaft exhaust and the matte black vinyl wrap.

Shortly after my purchase I had a check engine light and replaced the fuel rail pressure sensor. I also had the brake fluid flushed by Patrick BMW in Schaumburg. IL.

August of 2015 I wanted to track my car for the first time.   I went to E-Fab Motorsports in Lake Zurich. IL and had the BMW "Life time" transmission and differential fluids changed with BMW fluid. I also had Turner Motorsports test pipes and an ESS tune installed.

I went to Autobahn Country Club in Joliet. IL with MVP track time for a Novice run group. My first time ever being on a track and fortunately having a great instructor to keep me safe. I had so much fun that in October I went to Road America with MVP track time for more Novice run group action. I also took my car to a BMW dyno day at Performance Solutions in Schaumburg. IL and it made 354whp. I was hooked and wanting more power.

Late October 2015 I had the oil changed at 4. 00 miles at B&D Auto (by Ben a well known BMW mechanic in the Chicago area) with BMW's Castrol 10w60 and I had a Blackstone Labs oil analysis done. The car was stored in my garage for the winter.

In April of 2016 E-Fab Motorsports installed an ESS 625 supercharger kit. Turner SS brake lines. Castrol SRF brake fluid. and Stop Tech street performance pads. I also installed a P3 vent gauge to keep an eye on AFRs. coolant temp. ect. Also had Apex 18x10 ARC-8 wheels with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires installed.

May of 2016 I went to No Fly Zone Midwest for 1/2 mile role racing.   My cars best top speed was 151. 0067 MPH. I week later I was at Road America with Laps Track Days and had an absolute blast!

May 22nd 2016 I went to a BMW dyno day at Performance Solutions (same dyno as last time) and the car made 530whp!

June 2016 I went back to Autobahn Country Club one more time with MVP track time and also did one SCCA summer track night at Gingerman Raceway in South Haven. MI.

July 2016 I had a check engine and replaced both primary oxygen sensors.

August 2016 I had the oil changed at 4. 00 miles by E-Fab Motorsports with Liqui Moly 10w60  and another Blackstone Labs oil analysis.

September 2016 I had the supercharger removed. test pipes removed and oem cats welded back in. and ESS NA tune reinstalled by E-Fab Motorsports. E-Fab also installed a QTP wireless exhaust cutout and EAS 80mm exhaust tips to the OEM exhaust.   I then put the OEM 19 wheels back on and removed the P3 vent gauge.

Car was stored in my garage all winter.

Then I got married. THE END. hahaha

I just had the car detailed last week and took these pictures.

CarMax inspection found zero issues and offered me $18. 00 and I know its worth more than that! Bidding starts at $18. 00 NO RESERVE! I will help you ship with Montway if needed. buyer pays shipping.   I can also get a pre-purchase inspection done for the winning bidder.   Deposit required after auction and then a cashier's check for the remaining amount.
