2001 Jeep Wrangler

2001 Jeep Wrangler Sport. 4. 0 5 speed. I bought it about a year ago as a project and it's finally complete. I've put about 500 miles on it since the rebuild.  

Virtually everything on the jeep has been replaced/restored and it's extremely clean. The frame was rusted out when I bought it. I picked up a clean frame from Davey's Jeeps. sandblasted it. added drain holes (why they rot out in the first place) and painted it. The torque boxes on the tub were replaced and the entire bottom of the tub was sandblasted and painted (Mastercoat) as well.  

The entire body was sandblasted and repainted Mopar PX8 Black. factory black for the TJ. The interior of the tub was Raptorlined and then coated over top with the chasis paint the frame and underside of the tub were painted with. BedTred carpet was put in over the raptorliner and paint. The front and rear axles were also sandblasted and painted.

There is a Dana 30 in the front and the rear is a Dana 44. U Joints for the front axle and front and rear drive shafts were replaced. New axles seals in the front. new ball joints. new control arms. new track bars. new draglink. new steering stabilizer. new tie rods. new power steering pump and hoses. new steering box. new sway bar links. new stainless steel brake lines. new pads and rotors in the front. new shoes and drums in the rear. new fuel lines. new hubs. new Gibson stainless steel exhaust. new gas tank skid. new power brake booster. all new body mount hardware. new oxygen sensors. new clutch slave cylinder. new clutch. new throwout bearing. new starter. Also installed a Novak cable shifter and a new Trektop NX top. Transmission. engine. transfer case and front and rear differential fluids were all just drained and changed.

It has a new 2" BDS lift as well as new 15x8 Mamba MR1 wheels. with new 32x10. 5 Mickey Thompson ATZ P3's. New Pioneer head unit. new Kicker speakers in the dash and sound bar and a new Sound Ordinance B-8PTD sub in the center console. It has Quadratec LED headlights and taillights. MCE fenders installed front and rear and LED turn signals installed in the fenders. I also installed a Poision Spyder TrailGate drop tailgate on the jeep.

The previous owner replaced the motor with a rebuilt Jasper unit at 112. 00 miles. I purchased the jeep with 160. 00 on it and it has almost 163. 00 on it now. The motor runs strong with no ticks. AC blows ice cold. The only known issues with the Jeep are a leaking rear main seal and leaking rear pinion seal. both are common TJ problems and it's a couple of drops a week. Title is clean and in hand. I can provide any additional pictures and info if needed. This TJ is extremely clean and rust free. Jeep is located in Southern Indiana. about 25 minutes from the Louisville Airport.
