THIS IS MY PERSONAL 1956 MERCURY MONTCLAIR CONVERTIBLE. IT WAS ASSEMBLED IN METUCHEN. N. J. ON FEB 6TH ONLY 7762 WERE PRODUCED. THIS CAR WAS ORDERED WITH THE FOLLOWING FACTORY OPTIONS.   225 HORSE POWER ENGINE. MERC-O-MATIC AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. POWER WINDOWS. POWER SEATS. POWER STEERING. POWER BRAKES. TOWN AND COUNTRY RADIO WITH POWER ANTENNA. PAIR OF OUTSIDE REAR VIEW MIRRORS. WINDSHIELD WASHER. FULL DISC SPINNER HUBCAPS  AND CORRECT TIRES. JUST TO NAME A FEW.      IN 2004 IT HAD A CORRECT PROFESSIONAL FRAME OFF RESTORATION. REFINISHED IN THE ORIGINAL CAROUSEL RED/CLASSIC WHITE FINISH. ALL STAINLESS. CHROME REFINISHED. NEW BLACK HARTZ CLOTH TOP AS ORIGINAL INSTALLED. NEW WEATHERSTRIPPING. THE INTERIOR WAS RESTORED USING NEW OLD STOCK MATERIAL.
