Unique Citroen 2CV pick up conversion 1986

 

Only need to sell my baby due to change in family circumstances! 

 

Owned for 5 years and given me a great deal of pleasure and has always created a lot of interest from enthusiasts and friendly waves from passers-by.  

 

You will see from the enclosed letter the conversion was done to a very high standard but must remind all persons intending to bid that this is a 27 year old vehicle and. although in good condition. it does have a few blemishes to the paintwork.   The subframe has had some welding done to the front passenger and driver area but it was considered that a galvanised subframe was not required.  

 

The vehicle comes with all relevant MOTs and repair and replacement parts documentation going back to 1986.   Parts replaced include:

·         New Bosch battery and coil (Aug 2013)

·         New gear link set (2013)

·         New calipers and brake discs (2011)

·         New starter motor (2010)

·         New rear wheel bearings (2007)

·         New alternator (2005)

 

Vehicle will come with:

·         Spare fan belt

·         Cold weather muffler

·         Oil and air cleaner filter set

·         Wiper blade

·         Jack and starting handle

·         Fire extinguisher

·         2 sets keys

 

Viewing highly recommended by appointment.    Warning:  Due to the bench seating (see photo). the vehicle is not suitable for persons over 5' 9”.
