Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The remainder of the balance is due within 3 days of the Auction end. If contact is NOT made within 24 hours of Auction end. we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle. sell it to the next highest bidder or sell it otherwise. All vehicles are sold free and clear with NO LIENS.
